Accounts Receivable

Welcome to the East Carolina University Accounts Receivable website. The Accounts Receivable area is responsible for Non-Student and Non-Patient accounts, including, but not limited to, individuals, external organizations, businesses/vendors, and other state agencies. It is our intent to assist departments in developing policies and procedures for collection of accounts receivable that are consistent with statewide policies and procedures adopted by the State Controller. This area is also responsible for the quarterly and year-end reporting of University accounts receivable collections efforts as required by the Office of State Controller.
