| Tuesday, July 1 | First day of class for M-3 & M-4 Medical Students All students will receive weekly eBills for Fall 2025 until November 10, 2025 |

| TBD | First day to opt-out of ECU First Day Course Materials for Fall 2025 (Undergrad only) |
| Monday, July 28 | First day of class for M-1 & M-2 Medical Students |
| Tuesday, August 5 | Postmark date for mailing payments for Fall 2025 |
| Wednesday, August 12 | All Fall 2025 billing statements are due. All outstanding balances on your billing statement must be paid in full. Please note if making a payment online, the payment must be scheduled to post by August 12, 2025 at 5:00pm. All schedules may be cancelled for non-payment after 5:00 pm. If you do not plan to attend, you must officially withdraw on, or before, the final cancel date. You may be responsible for payment of all charges if you do not officially withdraw. The on-line payment system will not be available between 5:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. |
| Wednesday, August 12 | For Fall 2025 term, the University will assess a $25.00 processing fee beginning on August 12, 2025 for all accounts not paid in full or by pending financial aid. Additionally, any student incurring tuition and fee charges for the first time after schedule cancellation at 5:00pm on August 12, 2025 will be assessed a $25.00 processing fee. |
