Tax

The Tax Office serves as a resource for the University and all of its related foundations on tax related matters at the state, federal, and international levels.  Specific areas of involvement include sales tax, payroll tax, international tax, unrelated business income tax, charitable solicitation licensing, charitable donation documentation and independent contractor vs employee determinations. The office assists the various departments primarily responsible for each of these processes by providing assistance with complex matters and ensuring that their overall function is compliant with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
