Payment Plan Information
Students and authorized users can sign up for a payment plan through ECU’s TouchNet Bill+Payment system.
To be eligible to sign up for a payment plan, students must have an attribute of “PKH” on their student record. Our office is not able to add an attribute.
Payment plans require a $20 plan fee each term. Students will have to enroll in a payment plan each term using TouchNet.
Students will be able to enroll in a payment plan until June 20, 2025 to secure their schedule.
Student accounts not paid in full (or participating in a Payment Plan) by June 20, 2025 may have a balance hold placed on their account to prevent registration.
If a student signs up for a payment plan between June 16-20, the student will have to make the first and 2nd payment at sign up.

Summer 2025 4-Pay Plan
Enrollment Dates:
April 14, 2025 – June 20, 2025
Payment Dates:
- 1st Payment – Due at sign up
- 2nd Payment – June 16, 2025
- 3rd Payment – July 7, 2025
- 4th Payment – July 21, 2025
Enrollment Must Occur Prior To June 11, 2025 To Secure The Student’s Schedule
Important Dates
- Monday, June 9th – Classes begin
- Tuesday, June 10th – Last day to drop
- Wednesday, June 11th – Schedule Cancellation
- Friday, June 20th – 4-Pay Plan Enrollment
