Modifying/Updating an Institutional Trust Fund
A change in source of funds, purpose, fund name, authority for disbursements, or organization code should be requested by completing a Revised Fund Authority Form. All relevant correspondence regarding the fund should be attached and forwarded to the Institutional Trust Fund Office.
If significant amounts of revenue are received which do not fit the description of an existing Institutional Trust Fund, a new fund should be requested.
Note: Changes in organizational codes should be reported to the ITF Office as soon as possible via a Revised Fund Authority Form.
